REFUND HEADER

           Campus Store Refund Policy

NEW AND USED TEXTBOOKS AND MERCHANDISE ARE RETURNABLE.

FOR ANY ITEM TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A REFUND:

  • YOU MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT.
  • New and used textbooks and merchandise are returnable.
  • All items being returned must be in the same condition as when purchased and in the original package.
  • Refunds will be considered for approval within 2 business days of purchase.
  • If any refund is to be issued, the Campus Store reserves the right to assess the condition of all textbooks and merchandise in determining the amount of refund.
  • Refunds for textbooks purchased for ALL SHORT TERM OR SPECIAL CLASSES  will be considered within 2 business days of purchase.
  • Each textbook may be returned/refunded ONE time.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON:

  • Books or merchandise WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT.
  • New textbooks or workbooks that have been written in.
  • Textbooks or merchandise after 2 business days from date of purchase.
  • Textbooks purchased more than 2 weeks before the start of Spring and Fall semesters, and 1 week before the start of regular Summer semester.
  • Used books after the 4th week of classes during the Fall & Spring semesters; after the 3rd week of classes during the Summer semester.
  • New books after the 6th week of classes during the Fall and Spring semesters,  after the 3rd week of classes during the Summer semester.
  • On a textbook that is being returned a 2nd time.
  • Textbooks or merchandise not in original package.
  • Special ordered books or merchandise.

EXTENDED REFUND PRIVILEGES: (subject to rules above)

  • Refunds will be given for books purchased for dropped or cancelled classes during the first two weeks of classes (documentation that the class has been dropped or cancelled will be required).
  • If an incorrect book has been purchased, it may be exchanged only for the correct book.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION:
The Campus Store begins returning unsold copies of USED textbooks after the 4th week of classes and after the 6th week for NEW textbooks.  We encourage purchasing your textbooks early as they may not be available after the above dates.
