  WELCOME TO SJCC CAMPUS STORE TEXTBOOK  ORDERING

Textbook search and ordering for Summer Session is available from

06-01-07 thru 07-31-07 , Fall Semester will be available from  08/16/07 thru 12/20/07. WARNING!!!!     If any books ordered are to be picked up at the store and that order is not picked up within 3 business days, the books will be returned to the shelves.  Your credit card will be credited for the order with a RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTION OF 10%.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

  • When entering telephone numbers or credit card  number, DO NOT include dashes or parenthesis.
  • Be sure y0ur email address, credit card number, telephone number and shipping address is correct, (no post office box).  Otherwise, we will not be able to contact you or ship your order.
  • IF YOUR CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED, we will notify you.  For your protection, we will cancel the order and ask you to re-order the books you want.
  • RETURNS -- Books may be returned at the store within 2 days from receipt of the books.  DO NOT SHIP BOOKS BACK TO THE STORE.  Please see official store return policy for complete details.
  • BACK ORDERS -- We will notify you of any books that are not in stock.  You may then contact the store for availability information.  To eliminate the possibility of duplicate shipments, books ordered but not in stock, will be cancelled from your order.
  • When selecting courses, select the department, then select the course you are taking from the drop down list. The department number and the course section number are the same as those listed in the published Class Schedule.  After selecting courses, click on "select books."
  • Choose your preference for new or used books.  If available, your preference will be filled first.  If your preference is not available, the book that is available will be shipped.
  • When selecting books, uncheck any books that you do not wish to purchase.
  • Click on "cart update" if you make any changes.
  • When finished selecting books, click, "checkout".
  • If you select "pick up at store" as your shipping option, your books willl be held at the store for you.  All orders will be ready for pickup within one business day from the receipt of the order.
  • If you select "UPS" as your shipping option, orders received on Friday will be shipped on Monday.  Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday and shipped on Tuesday.  You will be notified when we receive your order, when your order is shipped and UPS will email you a shipping tracking number.
  • All orders must be paid for on line.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, and DiscoverCard.  Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
